Disconnect Your QuickBooks Online Integration

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to disconnect your QuickBooks Online account from the ATA Digital CAS Reporting application, you can do so using the options below.

Warning: Disconnecting will remove access to your QuickBooks Online data and may affect your reporting capabilities.

Before You Disconnect

Please consider the following before disconnecting:

  • All active reports and dashboards will no longer update
  • Historical data and reports may become unavailable
  • You will need to re-authorize access if you wish to reconnect
  • Any scheduled reports will be cancelled

How to Disconnect

You have two options to disconnect the integration:

Option 1: Disconnect from This Application

Click the button below to disconnect your QuickBooks Online account from this application:

Option 2: Disconnect from QuickBooks Online

You can also disconnect this application directly from your QuickBooks Online account:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account
  2. Go to Account and Settings
  3. Select "Manage Apps" or "Connected Apps"
  4. Find "ATA Digital CAS Reporting" in the list
  5. Click "Disconnect" or "Revoke Access"

After Disconnection

Once you disconnect:

  • The application will no longer have access to your QuickBooks Online data
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days per our Privacy Policy
  • After 30 days, all your data will be permanently deleted
  • You can reconnect at any time by visiting our home page
